Provide temporary covered space for a live festival while coordinating vehicle movements and installation with the wider park build.

As main marquee contractor at Roundhay Park in Leeds, UK Event Structures took responsibility for the clearspan structures from delivery and build through to handover and derig.
Building in a public park.
At Roundhay Park, the access routes, tree roots and public spaces shaped where the crew could build.
On the ground at Roundhay
The build plan had to account for access routes, ground conditions, protected tree roots and the areas where the public and site traffic could meet. Those constraints informed where vehicles could go and how the structure positions were agreed.
From build to handover
The scope covered unloading, installation, inspection and handover. Dismantling and removal were planned around the festival’s derig window.
